The room is on the first floor, with a total area of 37.5 m2 with a covered terrace and a view of the park. The room has a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Spacious air-conditioned room features a two-seater bed that can be split into two single beds on request. Next to the bed are a dressing table with mirror, fridge and luggage storage, the room is also equipped with a safety deposit box. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking appliances, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Within the kitchen there is a dining room and a living area equipped with LED TV and a large selection of satellite programs. Accommodation is suitable for two persons and couples for shorter stays. Spaces are dominated by green color.

HOUSE RULES

In order to provide you with a pleasant stay and to eliminate any possible misunderstandings, please read carefully our house rules. At the time of your booking, it means that you understood them and that you are familiar, consent and that you will fully comply with it. Accommodation is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure. If we are able to offer, we will allow you later (earlier) arrival (departure), which depends on our availability. Upon arrival we kindly ask you to provide us with your documents (personal ID or passport) at the reception for evidence. Your personal document will be returned to you after your registration in the Guest Book and reporting to Tourist Board, but not later than 24 hours. Payment of the accommodation is done during the stay and it is only possible to pay in cash. Guests are responsible for their behavior in the apartments and in case of any accident it is guest’s responsibility.

A thorough cleaning and tidying apartments is provided by the host after each guest’s check out. During a longer stay in the same unit, the change of bed linen is made every 7 days while the towels are changed every 3 days and, if necessary, more often in agreement with the guests. During the stay, the guests maintain the cleanliness of the apartments by themselves and at the end of the stay they are obliged to leave apartment in the appropriate condition as found on arrival: clean, neat and undamaged.

It is not allowed to damage equipment and furniture, to cause disorder and disruption of other guests and neighbors, and particularly it strictly forbidden to make noise in the hours between 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 08:00.

Please make sure before leaving the apartment that all of the equipment is turned off. Guests are asked to not use the air conditioner with opened windows and/or doors. During the summer, please take out your garbage from the apartment on a daily basis.

The contents of the apartment / room can only be used by people who are registered as guests. Unregistered visitors are strictly forbidden unless permission to do so has been granted by the Host. It is strictly forbidden to take outside of the property any of apartment contents (towels, dishes, blankets). Towels and beach accessories can be requested at the reception and be used during guest’s stay. Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and important items they might leave in the apartment. It is not host’s responsibility in case of their eventual disappearance. There is a safe deposit box where guests can store their documents and valuables.

The host does not have the right to enter the apartment when guests are absent, except in special cases when entry is necessary to prevent possible damage or danger. In such cases the owner is obliged to inform the guests of the apartment at the first meeting.

We do not accept pets in the apartments.

Smoking in the apartments is not allowed. The only place where smoking is allowed are outdoor balconies. Do not throw the cigarette butts. Use ashtrays and be careful in order to avoid damage and possible fire.

In cases where our Terms & Conditions and ‘House Rules’ are not respected, the host can cancel the accommodation at anytime. If you have any comments, complaints or concerns about the service, please talk to your host who is at your disposal 24 hours a day.

Cancellation Policy

For all reservations, a deposit is required which is determined by the length of stay in the apartment:

For stays of 1 to 5 days the guest pays the value of one night’s deposit.
For stays of 5 to 10 days the guest pays the value of the deposit of two nights.
For stays of 10 and more days the guest will pay a deposit value of three nights.

If a guest decides to cancel the reservation up to 30 days prior to its arrival, guest will receive a full refund (minus the transfer costs and fees). For all reservations canceled after 30 days, there is no money refund. Please contact us if you would like to cancel or modify your reservation after cancellation deadline.
